PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food, capable of contriving utilization of waste meat and useful as a food for patients and aged persons without smell peculiar to meat, by treating edible meats with a food softening enzyme, extracting oil, drying the meats, pulverizing the dried meats and blending the dried meat.powder in a food. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food obtained by treating edible meats with a food softening enzyme, extracting oil, drying the meats (e.g. at 70-90 deg.C for 30min), pulverizing the meats and blending the resultant meat.powder in, e.g. rice or bread. |
