<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out cultivation without damaging cells, by placing plant cells and spongy substances having hydrous properties in a volume of half or more of the internal volume so as to move in the interior in a cylindrical cultivation vessel rotating on a horizontal shaft and rotating the vessel at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:Plant cells 25 and spongy substances 20 having hydrous properties are filled in a cylindrical cultivation vessel 12 rotatable on an almost horizontal shaft 11 in a volume of half or more of the internal volume so as to move both and a liquid culture medium is placed in the bottom of the cultivation vessel 12 to carry out cultivation by rotating the vessel at a low speed.</p> |
