PURPOSE:To prepare comment data without relying on cumbersome keyboard operation and to perform view data preparing work in an extremely efficient manner, by cutting a desired word or sentence from displayed dictionary data to be pasted to the comment input window displayed simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 is constituted as the control center and equipped with a magnetic disk 2 having dictionary data or comment data stored therein, a bit map corresponding CRT 3 capable of simultaneously displaying the windows of dictionary data and a comment format, a moth 4 constituting a coordinates data input means and a card reader 5 reading the data content in the ID card possessed by each patient. Next, the mouth 4 is used to move a cursor and desired dictionary data is selected from the dictionary window to be stored in a dictionary data temporary memory circuit 13. By this method, the selected window becomes active and the reference to the dictionary data becomes possible. By this constitution, the dictionary data such as a word or sentence is cut from the dictionary window to be pasted at the desired position in a comment inputting window to execute comment preparing work up to the end. |
