摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a small-sized light-weight magnetic control type voltage regulator proper to the regulation of power, the prevention of flicker or the adjustment of line voltage and having an excellent output waveform by adopting structure in which self-capacitance is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic control type voltage regulator 10 has a first core section 12a and a second core section 12b constituting a main flux loop path and a magnetic shunt core 14 for bypassing one part of the main flux loop path, and has a first wound core 12 functioning as a first saturable core. A first series winding 16 and a shunt winding 18 are wound on the first core section 12a for the first wound core 12 while a second series winding 20 is wound on the second core section 12b. The first series winding 16 is connected between a high-voltage terminal U and an intermediate-voltage terminal (u), and the shunt winding 18 is connected in series with the first series winding 16 at the same polarity. When the intermediate-voltage terminal (u) and a first neutral terminal V1 are connected to an AC power and the high-voltage terminal U and a second neutral point terminal V2 are connected to load, large currents are flowed through the first and second series windings 16, 20, and the difference currents of input currents and output currents are flowed through the shunt winding 18. The turn ratio of the first series winding 16 to the shunt winding 18 is selected at a large value in order to reduce the self-capacitance of the magnetic control type voltage regulator 10 and miniaturize a device.</p>
