<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of creases on a paper and obtain the superior image by installing a pressing plate consisting of a ferromagnetic thin plate onto a hook for nipping the top edge of the paper and arranging a magnet on a hook seat side and gripping the paper by the magnetic adsorption force. CONSTITUTION:A thin pressing plate 30 made of the ferromagnetic material such as stainless steel is installed at the top edge part of the hook 27 of a gripper, and a magnet is installed on a hook seat 29 side opposed to the pressing plate 30 and a spline worked surface 32 is formed on the upper surface of the hook seat 29. The hook 27 is opened by the engagement of an arm 24 with a cam, and the hook 27 is closed by a weak springy force due to the release from the cam. When the hook 27 is operated in the closing direction by the weak springy force, the pressing plate 30 is adsorbed onto the hook seat 29 by the magnet, and a paper is surely nipped. Since the pressing plate 30 is made of a thin plate, the compatibility with the hook seat 29 can be improved, and the generation of creases on the paper can be prevented, and the generation of vibration during opening and closing operations can be prevented. Therefore, the superior image can be obtained.</p> |
