PURPOSE:To prevent a delay in a high priority message processing due to the overload of an on line system by constantly storing the quantity of a high priority message traffic and avoiding a low priority message processing when the quantity exceeds a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The current value of the quantity of the high priority message traffic is constantly stored as a residence value and message processing means 4a, 4b do not start the processing immediately after the low priority message is delivered from a communication controller 2 but initially discriminates whether the quantity of the traffic of the high priority message is above a prescribed value and a system load is increased or not. At that time, the message processing is avoided, so that the delay in the high priority message processing due to the overload of the on line system can be prevented. |
