Of course, the electric energy of the battery is that stored in the battery 23 through a voltage adjustor 26 from a generator 25 revolved by the output shaft of an engine. In order to start the engine, a self-starting-motor is driven, and a starter switch 29 is turned OFF, and then a switch 30 is turned ON, and the motor 24 can be revolved. At this time, if the engine is not started, no electric current flows in the motor 24, since the switch 30 is in open state.
