An oscillating axle device, for use with a wheelset for the transportation of heavy loads, comprising an axle (1) which at each end is provided with at least one wheel, said axle being pivotably supported by means of a pin (4) mounted in a bracket (3) connected to a frame. The insert end of said pin is provided with screw-thread (6) for fixing the pin into the bracket. Said pin is provided with a conically section (7) extending from the screw thread towards the middle section having a larger diameter and supporting the wheel axle. Said conical section (7) is fittingly received in a corresponding conical bore (11) in the bracket (3). |
