PURPOSE:To shorten the axial length dimension of a motor by placing opposingly a stator coil and a field magnet of a rotor side, and also, installing said magnet at the opposite side to the disk loading surface of a clamp rotor. CONSTITUTION:At the side of a shield 1 of a ferromagnetic material, a stator coil 18 is arranged and installed on the periphery centering around a rotation axis 3. On the other hand, a field magnet 6 is installed in the end face of a clamp rotor 19 so as to be opposed to the coil 18. Also, at a disk 14 loading side on the axis 3, a rotor 19 made of a non-magnetic material is installed and fixed. On the surface of the opposite side to the disk 14 loading surface of this rotor 19, the magnet 6 is installed. According to such a constitution, the motor axial length dimension extending from the shield 1 to the end face of the rotor 19 becomes L1, shortened by a portion which is omitted a rotor yoke and a disk attracting magnet, and the motor becomes a constitution of a flat type. |
