<p>This invention provides an injection method in which a check valve-closing operation is completed at a shortest possible stroke after the injection of a material is started while the inner pressure of the injection cylinder is on a lowest possible level. In a method of injecting a molten resin into an injection cylinder by an injection unit provided with an injection screw having a check valve at the front end portion thereof, a check valve-closing operation is carried out by intentionally reducing the pressure of the resin in a metalling zone.</p> |
