<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the prevention of a short-circuit accident, by a method wherein an insulator for supporting an electric wire is covered with an insulator 6 wrapping an electrode plate and a primary voltage applied between the electric wire and the ground is divided to draw a secondary voltage from the electric wire and the electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:An electric wire having an insulating cover 25 is fixed on an insulator 26 with a wire 33 and the insulator 26 is fixed with a metal ware 27 to be earthed. An insulator 28 wrapping an electrode plate 29 with a secondary voltage output terminal 30 is provided to cover a part of the insulator 26 and the vicinity of the electric wire and fixed on the electric wire with a band 32. The other end 31 of the secondary voltage output terminal is electrically connected to a conducting section 24 of the electric wire. With such an arrangement, a secondary voltage is drawn from between the terminals 30 and 31, thereby eliminating the need for shortening an insulation distance and getting rid of the induction of an accident in a primary power source system with the short-circuiting of the secondary voltage output terminal.</p> |
