PURPOSE:To obtain a herbicidal composition, containing a benzene derivative containing a heterocyclic group-containing imino groups having N, S, O, etc., as one of substituent groups and a 2-nitrobenzoate derivative, etc., as active ingredients and capable of exhibiting synergistic effects. CONSTITUTION:A herbicidal composition containing 1pt.wt. compound expressed by the formula (R1-R4 are H or lower alkyl; X is -CH2-, O or S; Y is H or halogen; Z is O or S) and 0.1-10pts.wt. 1'-(carboethoxy)ethyl 5-[2- chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]-2-nitrobenzoate, 3-isopropyl-1H-2,1,3-benzothi adiazine-4(3H)-one 2,2-oxide, etc. This composition is capable of exhibiting high effects by spraying on foliar parts of weeds in a germinated growth period. |
