PURPOSE: To form a good capacitor by providing mutually stacking capacitor layers each made thinner and at least one group of at least three dielectric layers each made thicker, relatively. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor structure 40 comprises mutually stacked capacitor layers 42 and dielectric bases thinner than those of the capacitor layers 42. Each capacitor layer has a metallized upper surface 44, divided into narrow and long non-metallized zones 44a, wider metallized regions 44b, and narrower strips 44c. Along the left and right side edges of the capacitor layers 42, recesses 50 and 52 are formed every two layers. Upper and lower groups of dielectric layers 56 and 58 are provided, each thicker than the capacitor layer 42. Along the left and right side edges of the dielectric layers 56, recesses 60 and 62 are formed every two layers respectively. |
