PURPOSE:To facilitate to lead out an electrode by connecting each electrode of a vibrator to a leading print plate through an electrode lead out print plate, on which a conductor pattern is formed at a pitch equal to the cut pitch of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:On the electrode 1-2 of one side of a piezoelectric element 1-1, constituted so that on the upper and the lower surfaces of the element 1-1, the electrodes 1-2 are arranged and on the outer surface of the electrode 1-2 of other side a matching layer is provided, the electrode lead out print plate 12, constituted so that on the base film of the plate 12 the conductor pattern 12-2, connected to a common conductor 12-3, is formed at the pitch equal to the cut pitch of the vibrator, is arranged. This pattern 12-2 and the pattern 13-2 of the print plate 13, constituted so that on the semicircular base film 13-1, loosely fitted to the curved inside diameter of the vibrator, of the plate 13, a lead pattern 13-2 is formed, are connected. Then, the electrode 1-2 of the vibrator 1 and a lead pattern 13-2 can be easily and surely connected, and the lead pattern for leading out the electrode can be stored in a limited space. |
