PURPOSE:To improve graininess and sharpness of a silver halide color photographic sensitive material by incorporating a monodisperse silver halide emulsion into a blue sensitive emulsion layer, and incorporating also a benzoyl acetanilide type Yellow coupler into the blue sensitive emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:A photographic sensitive material is obtd. by forming a blue sensitive emulsion layer, green sensitive emulsion layer, and a red sensitive emulsion layer on a base body. Each color sensitive emulsion layer is formed of one layer of corresponding emulsion. A monodisperse silver halide emulsion and a benzoyl acetanilide type Yellow coupler expressed by the formula are incorporated into the blue sensitive emulsion layer. In the formula, each m and n is 0-5; each R1 and R2 is H, halogen, alkyl, aryl, heterocyclic, cyano, alkoxy, aryloxy, heterocyclicoxy, acyloxy, carbamoyloxy group, etc.; X is H, halogen, or a group eliminated by coupling reaction, etc. Total film thickness of a photography constituting layer is regulated to <=20mum. By the constitution of a photosensitive material as described above, the sharpness and the graininess are improved. |
