PURPOSE:To realize momentary current switching and to suppress the influence of the temperature dependency of a transistor, by constituting a circuit in such a way that the value of a controlled output current corresponding to that of a controlled input current or a part not representing 0 exists only either in the upper side or the lower side of a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:In case of obtaining an insufficient difference between the reference voltage impressed on the base of a first transistor Q1 and a controlled voltage applied on the base of a second transistor Q2, the first and second transistors Q1 and Q2 go to operating states, and the separate currents of the controlled input current flow on the first and second transistors Q1 and Q2. However, the separate current that flows on the transistor whose collector is connected to the input of a first current mirror circuit CM1 and the output of a second current mirror circuit CM2 is attracted to the second current mirror circuit CM2 while a current that flows on the transistor whose collector is connected to the input of the second current mirror circuit CM2 is larger. Therefore, no current flows on a controlled current output terminal T2. In such a way, the momentary current switching can be performed, and the influence of the temperature dependency of the transistor can be suppressed. |
