PURPOSE:To make it possible to let a large amount of superconductive current flow through the whole oxide superconductor by forming the first superconductive layer formed in CVD method and the second superconductive layer formed on the surface of the first superconductive layer in the spattering. CONSTITUTION:This oxide superconductor 2 consists of a structure of two layers, the first superconductive layer 2a formed in the CVD method in a relatively high thickness, and the second superconductive layer 2b with a controlled crystal orientation formed on the surface of the first superconductive layer 2a in the spattering. And when a superconductive current is let flow through the oxide superconductor 2, the majority of the current flows through the second superconductive layer 2b which presents a high critical current density, and the remaining current flows through the first superconductive layer 2a. A large mount of superconductive current can be let flow through the whole oxide superconductor 2 accordingly. |
