<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the study of factors of a defect by specifying an operator after adding an operator identifying device to an operation switch circuit of a controller to identify an operator via his/her ID card. CONSTITUTION:An operational operator puts his/her ID card 7 into an operator card identifier 6 and a group selection signal 101 is sent to a computer 1. Thus a specific identifier 6 and its specific control period that are defined by the card 7 are recorded by a recorder 2. At the same time, a discriminator 8 sets both control switches 4 under the available state by the signal received from the identifier 6. When the switches 4 are operated, the signal received from an identification code contact 4-1 is sent to an electronic computer 1 as a device operating signal 102 and the specific one of both switches 4 that is operated by the card 7 is recorded by the recorder 2.
