<p>PURPOSE:To prevent increase of a compression capacity to a maximum value right after drive, by a method wherein, in a compressor used for a car air conditioner, capacity control operation is not effected until a pressure difference between a suction chamber and a delivery chamber exceeds a set value after a compressor is driven. CONSTITUTION:With a main shaft 2 rotated, a rocking plate 7 is rocked through a rotor 5, and a piston 10 is reciprocatively moved through a piston rod 8. Thereby, a coolant in a suction chamber 14 is compressed by a cylinder 9 and is delivered to a delivery chamber 15. In this case, when, with an air conditioner actuated, a compressor is driven, a pressure difference between the delivery chamber 15 and the suction chamber 14 is increased. When the pressure difference exceeds a set value, a ball valve 23 is moved leftward for opening. As a result, a coolant in the suction chamber 14 flows, in order, to a communicating passage 24, a first or third chambers 191-193. A bellows 22 is shrunk, and a valve body 22a is opened. Thereby, a pressure in a crank chamber 4 is decreased, and the inclination angle of a swash plate 6, i.e. a compression ratio, is increased.</p> |
