PURPOSE: To remove the boring effect during the pierzing the wall of a natural or artificial and guarantee the chemical leak prevented state of a built-in capsule after several hundred times of piercing by providing a tip portion having polished cut faces and a lancet-shaped tip arranged in the range between two virtual parallel lines extended with the inner face and outer face of an axial wall face beyond the rear end cutting edge of a slender cavity opening. CONSTITUTION: The length of the bend section of the back face side 15 of a piercing portion 13 between the outside point of a tip 17 and the cutting edge 18 of a cavity opening 20 is 3.6d±0.42d. The bend angleαbetween the center axis 14 of a needle tube 11 and the tangential line drawn from the bend section of the back face side 15 of the piercing portion 13 of the needle tube 11 is preferably set to 13 deg.±1 deg.. The cavity opening 20 of the needle tube 11 is surrounded by a slant end edge 16, it is faced to one side, and it is formed as a slender double-lancet. Both halves of the lancet are symmetrical with the plane passing through the vertical axis 14 of the needle tube 11 in the vertical direction, and the front half of the lancet is provided with polished cut faces 8, 9.
