<p>PURPOSE:To completely prevent leak of a magnetic flux and to increase a force of adsorption to an electromagnet, by a method wherein inner and outer discs, concentrically disposed, are interconnected by means of a non-magnetic material layer serving as a binding material to form an integrated body. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer discs 10 and 11, formed by a magnetic material, are concentrically situated, and a space between the two discs 10 and 11 is filled with a non-magnetic material layer 12 to unite the discs integrally with each other. For example, a iron series sintered parts, blanked iron plates and the like are used for the discs 10 and 11, and Al, Zn, rigid resin and the like are used as the material of the non-magnetic material layer 12. When high bond strength is demanded, a radially uneven surfaces is formed circumferentially and preferably at a specified pitch on a joint surface between the non-magnetic material layers 12 of the inner and outer discs 10 and 11, i.e. on the outer peripheral surface of the inner disc 10 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer disc 11, and the uneven surfaces may be engaged with the non-magnetic material layer 12.</p> |
