PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of waste liquor treatment and to reduce treating cost by separating the waste liquor from closed vessel into drainage and melted resin and flowing them out to first and second vessels respectively. CONSTITUTION:The closed vessel 2 is constituted of a base body part 3 and cover part 6 and in inner part of the base body part, a laying table 7 for the resin pattern 1 is arranged. A waste liquor recovering tube 10 is connected to a three-way changing valve 13 through a waste liquor trap 14, and also a first discharging hole of the changing valve 13 to the water collecting vessel 15 and a second discharging hole to the waste resin vessel 16 are connected respectively. The drainage developing at the initial stage of supplying steam in a boiler 18 is discharged into the water collecting vessel 15 through a receiving dish 8, waste liquor recovering tube 10 and drain piping 12. In dewaxing process after raising temp., the melted wax is discharged into the waste resin vessel 16 through the changing valve 13. As the resin and the drainage are separated and discharged, the efficiency of the waste liquor is improved and the treating cost is reduced. |
