In the known doors for such installations, the seal is mounted on the door leaf or the building wall. This makes maintenance and repair of the seal difficult. The new door is intended to make it possible to maintain, repair or replace the seal between door leaf and building wall simply, quickly and without hazard. This object is achieved in that a frame movable sideways is located in the gap between the door leaf and the building wall; inflatable peripheral seals are mounted on its two sides facing the door leaf and the building wall. The advantages of this are in particular that a seal exists which is independent of the door leaf and the building wall, light-weight, and can be manipulated and replaced quickly, with the radiation shielding of the room to be closed off being ensured by the door leaf.
