发明名称 AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR RECOVERY OF POWER SYSTEM FROM ACCIDENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten time necessary for recovery and to prevent application of reverse voltage onto a transformer, by closing a switchgear for an object to be applied with voltage after open/close operation of a switchgear for an operating object in a pre-recovery operation system is finished. CONSTITUTION:A recovery decision system (C) is prepared logically for a pre- recovery operation system (A), then they are compared and a switchgear for an operating object is extracted. Open operation is executed at first for opening object switchgears CB3, CB4, CB13 while close operation is executed for closing object switchgears CB5, CB12 so as to bring out the condition of an operating command execution process system (B). Then a close operation commads are extracted for voltage application object switchgears CB1, CB2 so as to bring out the condition of the decision system (C). Consequently, reverse voltage is not applied onto a, transformer in power interruption system, resulting in considerable shortening of recovery time.
