PURPOSE:To effectively perform preset, by connecting a tuning voltage presetting means to the input and the output terminals of a voltage controlled oscillator which generates the local oscillation frequency of a receiver on which a tuning frequency should be preset, the input terminal of the CPU of an incorporated additional equipment, and a D/A output terminal via a connector. CONSTITUTION:By switching a movable contact from K11 to K12, data recorded on a first RAM6 and voltage information recorded on a second RAM26 are controlled so that they can coincide with each other. At this time, a second CPU25 reads changed voltage information on the second RAM26 via the contact K12 and an A/D converter 24, and compares it with the output voltage of a phase locked loop circuit 21 fetched previously, and when no coincidence is obtained, the second CPU25 transmits a corrected command E4 again to a first CPU15. Also, when coincidence is obtained, the second CPU25 locks the phase locked loop 21 at a carrier frequency to be set at the next and supplies the voltage information I1 to the circuit 21, then, the contact is switched from the K12 to the K11, and the carrier frequency for which tuning should be taken is set at the first RAM6 in the receiver. In such a way, it is possible to shorten a time and a process required for the setting of the tuning.
