PURPOSE:To increase the usage charge of own exchanging network by executing the analysis of a subscriber number and selecting a repeating route to go through own exchanging network when communication is executed from own exchanging network to another exchanging network. CONSTITUTION:Since a subscriber terminal 1A of own exchanging network 1 communicates with a subscriber terminal 4A of another exchanging network 2, when the subscriber terminal 1A transmits a subscriber number of another exchange network 2, a data exchange 6 analyzes this transmitted subscriber number. As the result of the analysis, when it is judged as a call to another exchanging network, repeating routes, 712 and 724, for example, up to a exchange 24 in a subscriber area 14 of own exchanging network, which is nearest a subscriber area 24 to which the called terminal equipment 4A belongs, are successively selected. After that, a repeating route R4 between networks to link own exchanging network 1 and another exchanging network 2 is selected. Thus, comparing with a conventional equipment immediately selecting a repeating route R1 between networks from own exchanging network, since the using ratio of the self-exchanging network is increased, the repeating line using quantity of own exchanging network can be increased.
