MOLDING DIE FOR NECK SECTION OF SYNTHETIC RESIN BOTTLE

PURPOSE:To form easily a channel to exhaust gas into a screwed section of a synthetic resin bottle to be molded by forming projected line sections vertically through a helical channel of a mold. CONSTITUTION:Projected lines 45, 46, 47 and 48 are formed integrally with divided molds 37 and 39 vertical through a helical channel 43 of the divided molds 37 and 39. The projected lines 45 and 48 are formed facing to an axial line 53 in the vertical direction of the divided surface 51. The projected lines 46 and 47 are formed facing to an axial line 55 in the vertical direction to the divided surface 51. A channel 83 for exhausting a gas into a screwed section 81 of a molded synthetic resin bottle 67 is formed by said projected lines 45, 46, 47 and 48. The number of processing steps can be reduced by said arrangement.
