A pharmaceutical mixture comprising a) one or more of 9-ethyl-6,9-dihydro-4,6-dioxo-10-propyl-4H-pyrano[3,2-g]quinoline-2,8- dicarboxyl ic acid and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof ('active ingredient A') in combination with b) one or more anticholinergic agents or pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof ('active ingredient B'). Also, a salt of 9-ethyl-6,9-dihydro-4,6-dioxo-10-propyl-4H-pyrano[3,2-g]quinoline-2,8- dicarboxyl ic acid with an anticholinergic agent which is basic or is, or is capable of forming, a cation. Further, there are described pharmaceutical compositions containing the mixtures or salts and methods of treatment of reversible obstructive airways disease using them. |
