<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the waiting time for application of data and to prevent malfunction in the titled system by using a system common area, an exclusive control background means and an updating background means. CONSTITUTION:A system common area 1 is searched based on an input patient identifier ID. If no ID exists in the area 1, the ID and a work station number are registered in an under-processing table 21 of an exclusive control background means 2 as well as the area 1. Then the updating background means 3 is started and entrusted for the updating. In case the ID exists in the area 1, both the ID and work station number are displayed on a screen 50a via the means 2 and an under-updating state is indicated. When the updating is ended in the means 3, the means 3 erases the ID and the workstation number out of the area 1 and the table 21 to perform exclusive control to the same patient in medical affairs. Thus it is possible to eliminate the waiting time for application of data and to prevent the malfunction.</p> |
