PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operation by a method in which a rack panel-receiving face is formed on the inside of a spare wall panel in such a way as to enable it to be used symmetrically to the lengthwise center line and the connection with the rack panel is standardized. CONSTITUTION:A concrete panel block 6 is made up of a front wall panel 2, two pairs of spare wall panels 3, a back wall panel 4, and two rack panels 5. A pair of symmetrical panel-receiving faces 12A and 12B which cross each other in an X-shaped form are formed on the inside face of the panels 3 provided on the left and right back sides of the panel 2. In the loading operation of the blocks 6 on a construction site, the panels 3 are set on the back side of the panel 2 while confirming only the upper and lower directions of the panels 3. The efficiency of operation can thus be raised by standardizing the panels 3.
