PURPOSE:To improve filter performance and reduce treating problem of used ion exchange resin by treating radioactive solution by the use of a mixture of grain cellulose ion exchanger and fibrous cellulose. CONSTITUTION:Precoat material slurry composed of grain cellulose ion exchanger and fibrous cellulose is supplied and precoated by a first pump 3 from a first tank 1 to a filter device 5. Radioactive waste liquid of a second tank 2 is sent by a second pump 4 to the device 5 and filtrate is received in a vessel 8 after being filtered in a filter layer. Therefore, the mixture of grain cellulose ion exchanger and fibrous cellulose not only keeps the filter layer stable, but also enables effective usage of an ion exchange group and heightens adsorption treating capacity.
