PURPOSE:To conduct a sequence check of burner control system without setting a burner gun actually by clamping a block for sequence check on a stationary union, pressing a bar with this block, and by actuating a limit switch for confirmation of setting the burner gun. CONSTITUTION:A push bar 3 is usually placed by a force of a spring 4 in a position (the right direction of the diagram) where a lever 2a of a limit switch 2 is not operated. In case of sequence check of burner control system, a block 8 for sequence check is set and clamped on a stationary union 1, through an intermediary of a gasket 9, by a clamp 6 and a clamp bolt 7 for burner clamp fixed on the stationary union 1 by a shoulder pin 5. Thus, one end of the push bar inserted in a recessed part 10 formed at the bottom of the block is pressed toward left of the diagram against a force of the spring 4, and thereby, the other end of the push bar 3 moves the lever 2a to set the limit switch 2 'ON'. |
