PURPOSE:To facilitate analysis of the abnormal state to shorten the release time by detecting abnormality at the time of the occurrence of abnormality and not only storing data of the abnormal state in a storage part but also displaying its contents. CONSTITUTION:If abnormality occurs in a unit, a CPU 11 of a main telephone device 1 detects abnormality to execute the abnormality processing and stores contents of a program counter, an accessed address, etc., for the occurrence of abnormality in incorporated registers and executes an abnormality processing program according with the classification of abnormality. The CPU 11 stores data required for abnormality analysis such as contents of the program counter, the access address, etc., for the occurrence of abnormality stored in incorporated registers, the time of the occurrence of abnormality, and the classification of abnormality in a storage part 12. After a key telephone set (TEL) 2 is set to the abnormality data read mode by the operation of a specific button on the TEL 2, contents of abnormality data in the storage part 12 are displayed on a display device 21 of the TEL 2 by a button operation. Thus, analysis of the abnormal state is facilitated.
