PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of a signal level and to suppress the dispersion of a reading signal by reading the signal to a signal line by an amplifier and a resistance means. CONSTITUTION:The amplifiers A1-An for respectively inputting the plural signals S1-Sn are provided and the respective outputs of the amplifiers are read to the signal line 101 through the resistance means Q1-Qn. For instance, at the time of transferring the signal from the accumulation capacity Ct of a storage to the capacity Ch of the signal line, a gain can be set to about 1 and a problem of the deterioration of the signal level can be solved. Thereby, the accumulation capacity Ct of the storage of a load capacity can be reduced to attain a high speed operation. Since the amplifiers A1-An drive the signal line through the resistance means, the output current of the amplifier is limited by the resistance means to suppress the dispersion in the reading signal.
