PURPOSE:To obtain a cryostat which can be simplified and manufactured at smaller costs, by forming a recessed part, in which a cryogenic liquefied gas or a cryogenic gas is stored, and another recessed part, into which a cold head is inserted, on an outer frame with a heat-insulating space formed therein and next using a heat- conductive member to couple walls of both their recessed parts with each other. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 2, in which a cryogenic liquefied gas 14 or a cryogenic gas is stored, and another recessed part 3, into which a cold head 9 of a freezer is inserted, are formed on an outer frame with a heat-insulating space 5 formed therein. An opening part of said recessed part 2, in which the cryogenic liquefied gas 14 or the cryogenic gas is stored, is provided with a close cover 6. Then a storage wall of the recessed part 2 is coupled with an insertion wall of the recessed part 3 by the use of a heat conductive member 4. For example the close cover 6 is made of a heat insulating material so that heat penetration from outside is suppressed. A substrate 15, on which electronic components to be cooled such as a CPU and a memory are mounted, is dipped into the cryogenic liquefied gas 14, and a lead wire 16 coupled with a substrate 15 is connected with an input/output interface 17 mounted on the upper side of the close cover 6, so that signals can be inputted to/outputted from the outside of a cold reserving vessel 2. |
