PURPOSE:To effectively utilize secondary air and reduce the discharge amount of nitrogen deoxide by a method wherein a wind guide plate which leads combustion air in an auxiliary blowing cylinder to the circumferential wall side of an internal cylinder along the bottom wall thereof is provided on the inner bottom part of the internal cylinder and a wind-direction deflecting plate is provided on the outlet portion of a secondary air path between the wind guide plate and the bottom wall of the internal cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An annular projecting part 21 is provided on the bottom wall 1A of an internal cylinder formed outside an auxiliary blowing cylinger 20, and further, a mixing cylinder 16 has an inclined part 22A and a horizontal part 22B, and the outlet portion of a secondary air path 23 provided integrally with a wind guide plate 22 forming the secondary air path 23 along the projecting part 21 is provided with an annular wind-direction reflecting plate 24 which regulates the stream of the secondary air in a slant and upward direction at an angle of inclination of about 40 deg.. Since combustion air discharged from the auxiliary blowing cylinder 20 is led to the bottom wall side of the internal cylinder through the secondary air path, a sufficient amount of the secondary air is additionally given to a combustion flame, thereby accelerating a complete combustion and reducing the discharge amount of nitrogen deoxide. In addition, since the combustion air in the secondary air path is discharged slantry upward a stable gasifying combustion in a condition of the less flare of the flame can be carried out.
