PURPOSE:To attain continuous production by abutting a strip net sent from a roll onto plastic made base paper, heating and pressing it to apply thermal fusion, fixing the net around the paper and cutting off the net by means of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The strip net 1 sent from the roll is abutted on the plastic made base paper 2. The net 1 is thermally fused onto the base paper 2 by heating and pressing them by means of a hot press 3. Then the net protruded from the surrounding of the paper 2 is fixed by two sets of fixing tools 4a, 4b and the undesired part is cut off by using a laser radiation device 5 along the periphery of the paper 2. The undesired part of the net is wound onto a downstream roll 1'. Thus, continuous production is attained and mass-production is made possible. |
