PURPOSE:To improve marring resistance by performing crosslinking, by a method wherein a mixture composed of an organic silane modified polymer added with a specific quantity of a crosslinking acceleration catalyzer master batch is molded into a sheetlike state and then hot water treatment is performed. CONSTITUTION:A mixture wherein based on 100 pts.wt. of organic silane modi fied polymer, 5 pts.wt. of crosslinking acceleration catalyzer master batch is added is melted through heating and molded into a sheetlike state through a slit die. Then the sheet is solidified, fixed and wound up into a roll-like state while bringing the same into contact with a cooling roll. Then the sheet is dipped into hot water, cut off after acceleration of crosslinking and made into, for example, a belt for development of a photograph of 0.8mm in thickness and 39mm in width. In addition, it is preferable that the sheet is formed so that molecular orientation is not generated to a longitudinal direction to improve marring resistance more. Therefore, draft of the sheet is stopped to such an extent as to not generating slackness on the sheet.
