PURPOSE:To well reproduce density at the time of the application of low energy by enhancing thermal sensitivity and to perform many-time printing, by setting a thermal sublimable transfer sheet containing a dye at high concn. and a thermal sublimable transfer sheet containing the same color dye at low concn. to a combination unit and combining these sheets with respect to a plurality of colors. CONSTITUTION:A thermal sublimable transfer sheet consists of a base sheet and the ink layer containing a sublimable dye and a binder formed on said base sheet. The thermal sublimable transfer sheet contains a thermal sublimable transfer sheet containing a dye at high concn. and a thermal sublimable transfer sheet containing a dye having the same color as said sheet at low concn. as a combination unit and is constituted by combining said sheets with respect to a plurality of colors. The dye in the high concn. transfer sheet is particulate and high dye concn. is desirable within a range generating no thermal transfer of the dye itself and the concn. of the dye is, for example, 55-80% by wt. of the whole solid. The low dye concn. sublimable transfer sheet is exclusive to a low energy part and the content of the dye is sufficient within a range dissolvable in the binder and, for example, set to 55% or less by wt. of the total solid. |
