PURPOSE:To raise the water holding [property of slope by a method in which a sludgy material with soil, a coagulant, and an additive liquid composed of water and swelled water absorptive polymer are respectively sent under pressure through each hose, joined at a nozzle or its neighbor, and sprayed onto a target place. CONSTITUTION:Soil 8 such as natural soil and sand, etc., an inorganic soil improver such as perlite, etc., and an organic soil stabilizer such as bark compost, etc., are dispersed in water to form a slurried sludgy material 9 in a compounding tank 1. A polymer coagulant 10, a water absorptive polymer 11, and water are charged into a compounding tank 2 to prepare an additive liquid 12. The sludgy material 9 and the liquid 12 are directed through a hose 7, etc., to a spraying nozzle 3, mixed, and sprayed from an outlet 3a to a target slope 13. A vegetation base 14 of a conglomerated structure can thus be formed on the surface of the slope.
