<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a fault based on transfer paper such as paper wrinkles, etc., even with respect to the transfer paper which has passed through a heating and fixing means already, by providing a discharge paper roller capable of changing a position of a cylindrical member which is brought into rolling contact with the transfer paper, on a discharge paper side of a heating roller fixing means. CONSTITUTION:A fixing device has constitution provided with a fixing means 13 for pressing and fixing a transfer toner image onto transfer paper by a heat roller 26 and its backup roller 27, and discharge paper rollers 36, 37 combined to one pair by the driving roller 36 which has arranged plural pieces of cylindrical members provided so that an interval can be changed on a rod- shaped rotary member, and the driven roller 37 which has provided and fixed plural pieces of cylindrical members at a roughly equal interval on the rod- shaped rotary member, on the discharge paper side of said fixing means 13. By such simple constitution, the generation of paper wrinkles of transfer paper can be reduced and avoided.</p> |
