PURPOSE:To attain message call after hook-on even when timer operation takes place during hook-off by providing a control circuit which holds the message call operation into the holding state when the time of timer is coincident with the present time at hook-off and starts a message calling after the hook-on. CONSTITUTION:In setting the timer at message call and in the case of hook-on, when the time set to the timer and the present time are coincident, the preset telephone number is dialed automatically to send the content of sound recording. In the case of hook-off at the coincidence with the time of timer, a buzzer output is given by a buzzer output circuit 29 and the arrival of the time of timer is informed to the user. The message output operation is kept in the holding state and the message call is started in the case of the hook-on.
