PURPOSE:To confirm the replacement of a drum by providing plural pieces of reset detecting claws on a flange part of the end face of a photosensitive drum, and executing the detection of reset by moving a reset lever by at least one piece of the claws at the time of driving to rotate the drum. CONSTITUTION:As for a photosensitive body 1 which is reset by a reset lever 7 and pushed into a machine body, both serration parts 3, 3' are engaged, and by a driving axis 9, the photosensitive body 1 is driven to rotate in the direction as indicated with an arrow. In this case, a reset detecting claw 4 is driven to rotate simultaneously, the tip of the reset lever 7 is engaged with the claw 4, and the reset lever 7 is raised in the direction as indicated with an arrow (a), by which the other end of the reset lever 7 moves in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b) by using a bearing 9-1 as a supporting point, and goes out to the outside from in a recessed wall of a photointerrupter 8. The photointerrupter 8 detects it and generates a signal, and a controller of the machine body side detects the replacement of the photosensitive body. |
