PURPOSE:To enlarge a stroke for opening and closing by making a shutter to be provided in a corresponding part to a turntable for cartridge and an optical pickup, capable of opening and closing on both sides of right and left in its biparting method. CONSTITUTION:A wire 43 is extended forward from an axis part 421 along the inside of a main body case 100, and after being wound around a roller 44 on its peripheral surface, the wire is thence extended up to the position of the shutter 20 along the front surface of the case 100. Thus, right and left shutter opening and closing members 42 and 42 are connected with the shutters 20 and 20 respectively via the wire 43. Then, when the shutter opening and closing members 42 and 42 are slid back and forth in a guide groove 41, its sliding motion is transmitted via the wire 43 to the right and left shutters 20 and 20, so that the shutters 20 and 20 are operated to be opened and closed on the right and left sides along a guide shaft 21. By this method, the opening and closing stroke is approximately doubled within a limited space, thus ena bling the corresponding part to the turntable and the optical pickup to the widely opened.
