PURPOSE:To expand a sound pressure frequency characteristic at a low-pass area, by providing two drawn-cone units with resonance frequencies different with each other of a vibration system at the front plane of a speaker box. CONSTITUTION:The resonance frequencies of the vibration system of the drawn- cone units 4 and 5 are set at values around 10Hz for the resonance frequency of a speaker unit 1 for low-pass area reproduction. The sound pressure frequency characteristic of a low-pass area reproduction speaker system can be obtained by the synthesis of the sound pressure frequency characteristic of the speaker unit 1 for the low-pass area reproduction, that of the drawn-cone unit 4, and that of the drawn-cone unit 5. In such a way, it is possible to expand a low-pass area characteristic by a miniaturized speaker system.
