PURPOSE:To increase the brazing strength by partitioning a splash groove, and joining a base metal and a clip at a band-shaped surface adjoining a pair of planes facing the rotating direction at their backs in the rotational direction and intersecting perpendicularly with the axis and a pair of inclined surfaces connected with them at their backs in the rotational direction and facing forward. CONSTITUTION:The center joint surface 56 stretches in the form of a band from the part adjoining one of the planes 28 partitioning a splash groove on its back in the rotational direction to the part adjoining the other plane 28 via the axis of chip body 25 at its back in the rotational direction, and is arranged intersecting perpendicularly with the axis. An inclined joint surface 57 is connected adjoining at the back in the rotational direction, and arranged inclined forward as it separates from the abovementioned center surface 56. This minimizes the brazing area to contribute to lessening of internal strain in the chip 25 and base metal even though the base metal expands due to the brazing heat and phase transfer. The force under cutting is applied in the direction in which the inclined surface of base metal and the inclined surface 57 of the chip body 25 press each other to lead to increase of the brazing strength.
