PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel food, capable of enhancing added value of a pressed sesame oil cake, having flavor unique to sesame and useful as 'MISO' (fermented soybean paste) for 'MISO' soup, etc., by using the pressed sesame oil cake with grains as a raw material for preparing KOJI (yeast), mixing common salt and aging the resultant material. CONSTITUTION:A pressed sesame oil cake, together with grains, is used as one material for preparing KOJI (yeast) or mixed with KOJI prepared from only grains. Common salt is mixed therewith and the resultant material is aged to afford the aimed food. Furthermore, the grains (KOJI) are preferably mixed with the pressed sesame oil cake in an amount of 10-100% based on the grains to age the obtained material. |
