PURPOSE:To enable an under-floor spacing to be always kept in a desired dry condition by a method wherein an exhaust fan is fixed to a desired location in an under-floor spacing, a driving motor is started to operate the exhaust fan when humidity reaches an upper limit value of a humidity sensor exceeded by its signal. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust fan is fixed to an aeration hole arranged at a desired location in an enclosure wall enclosing an under-floor spacing from an outdoor side or an indoor side, and a starting and a stopping operation of a fan driving motor can be performed in response to a signal of a humidity detecting sensor arranged at a proper location in the under-floor spacing. When a humidity sensor circuit 1 detects a set humidity, a timer operating signal is inputted to a timer control circuit 3 through the timer 1 and the timer output signal is outputted only for a desired period of time and then an exhaust fan 5 is operated.
