PURPOSE:To make optimization in parts feed efficiency ever so easy, by varying an angle of inclination in the direction contrary to a trough of each of plate spring groups joining a return trough and a movable base together, in case of a linear parts feeder. CONSTITUTION:One end of a pair of front and rear plate springs 21 and 22 is attached to both bottom parts of a return trough 11 and a feed trough 12 as pointing to a direction contrary to each one, respectively and the other end of these plate springs 21 and 22 is attached to a plate spring supporting part 23 in common. At this time, angles of inclination alpha and beta in a direction contrary to that of these plate springs 21 and 22 are varied each other. For example, the angle alpha is set down to 65 deg. while the angle beta to 75 deg. respectively. In this constitution, the feed trough 12 and the return trough 11 are vibrated by means of excitation in each of solenoid coils 27 and 28, and the transfer of parts takes place. In this case, since angles of inclination alpha and beta in these plate springs are different, there produces a difference in the length of each of tension-proof plate springs 33 and 34, so that optimum amplitude of vibrations in each of these springs can be set without intracting each other. Therefore, optimum efficiency can be secured in an easy manner. |
