PURPOSE:To obtain a thin wall oil feed pipe for a fuel tank, having a precise structure by forming the halves of a filler pipe body and a breather pipe part which are longitudinally split from each other, with the use of an injection or compression molding process, and by joining the split surfaces with each other. CONSTITUTION:The halves of a filler pipe body 1 and a breather pipe part 2 are integrally incorporated, they being longitudinally split from each other, with the use of an injection or compression molding process. A pair of thus molded halves are bonded or welded together, their split surfaces abutting against each other, so as to form an oil feed pipe. By this arrangement, it is possible to precisely manufacture thin wall oil feed pipes.
